• The Wholesale Card is for purchases of products from Woolworths stores for resale in your business only. It must not be used for purchasing products for your own (or your friends or family) personal consumption or use.
• The Wholesale Card can only be used by the person whose name and photograph appears on the card. Card holders must be aged 18 or over.
• Card holders may be asked to present another form of photograph identification at the checkout.
• Your Wholesale Card may be cancelled if presented by an unauthorised person.
• Misuse of the Wholesale Card is regarded as a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in confiscation of the card and de-registration of your business from being able to obtain wholesale purchasing benefits through NZGW.
• If your business no longer requires the Wholesale Card you must return your card and any secondary card, to NZGW by posting it back to us at the address above.
• At its discretion, NZGW or Woolworths NZ reserves the right to:
  • apply stock limits on certain products that can be purchased. Stock limits may be notified on our website or in-store; or
  • cancel your Wholesale Card at any time.

By simply presenting your Wholesale Card at the checkout, you will receive a 5% DISCOUNT off the standard shelf price on eligible items in Woolworths stores across New Zealand. NZGW reserves the right to amend the level of discount at any time at its discretion. If this happens you will be provided notice in advance of any change.

• the discount applies to standard shelf pricing (e.g. white ticket price) only. If an item is on a promotional price (i.e. Special, Club Price, or Multibuy) you will not receive that promotional price, but will simply be charged the standard shelf pricing, with the Wholesale Card discount applied to it.
• the Wholesale Card must be scanned at the checkout before starting the transaction and scanning the items at the checkout. If that is not done until after the transaction has started, then the customer-facing pricing screen will not detail the correct Wholesale Card price that will actually be charged at the end of the transaction.
• if an item is on Clearance the Wholesale Card discount will not be applied to it.
• it will not apply to purchases of alcohol, tobacco or vaping products, restricted Woolworths Pharmacy items, Lotto or Woolworths Gift Vouchers (although you will receive the discount when redeeming the Woolworths Gift Vouchers), other Gift Cards and Phone Top Ups and any other items notified by NZGW to you in writing from time to time.

• in conjunction with a:
  • Everyday Rewards card,
  • Woolworths staff discount card.
• in FreshChoice or SuperValue stores;
• on Woolworths Online Shopping;
• purchases will not attract any credits/e-stamps etc relating to any Woolworths continuity or collectable programme; and
• NZGW or Woolworths NZ reserves the right to restrict the Woolworths stores and/or the hours of use, where the Wholesale Card may be used.

Woolworths NZ and NZGW respect your privacy. We will only collect and use your personal information:

• to operate the Wholesale Card programme,
• to verify your identity and administer your account,
• to provide you with the benefits associated with the programme,
• to bring you other potential offers as a wholesale customer of NZGW; and
• as otherwise set out in our Privacy Policy, which you consent to by applying for your Wholesale Card. Our Privacy Policy can be found on the NZGW page of the Woolworths website.
